On Saturday we headed out exploring and seeing the many sights Xiamen has to offer. A short distance from Alex's apartment is the ocean. Our first stop was at the International Conference and Exhibition Center. A gorgeous foreshore walkway has been developed along the waterside in this area. (In some ways it reminds me of the Dallas Road Area in Victoria. One big difference, however, is that in Xiamen, we were able to be in our short sleeves at the end of November!!) We had a beautiful, warm day for our stroll.
