The City Walls
Xi'an is one of the only cities in China where the original City Walls are still standing. The City Walls have a perimeter of 14kilometres. Joanne and I spent a few hours walking approximately half way around the City Walls. We were impressed by the walls and the variety of lanterns that had been set up for The Lantern Festival

Well i thought the Scots were the great stonemasons of the world but China has a few good one too i see!!!
