We ended our day with a delicious Hot Pot in a modern restaurant not far from our hotel. A Hot Pot is a bit like a fondue. Instead of cooking things in oil, however, meats and vegetables are quickly cooked in a delicious broth. "hen hao chi" (Delicious!)
